Back in the early 50's, every Saturday morning I got to perform on his show. I played the lap steel guitar and was a member of a group where I took lessons from. I had risen to the top player in the studio so I always played the entry, closing song along with a solo. I remember Pete well. I'll never forget "Steel Guitar Rag".
